This headpiece is designed to be used as a snaffle bridle with three straps on either side - one for cheekpieces, one for the noseband and one for the throatlatch. .

The wide design help tp to disperse the pressure over the poll without putting pressure on the TMJ. The finer design of the 4/8 cheek straps gives a more refined look for horses with more petite heads and for ponies. 

Padded with our unique gel, the headpiece is exceptionally soft and comfortable without adding bulk. As a monocrown design, a single piece of leather passes over the poll, reducing pressure and distributing it more evenly behind the ears.

This headpiece ships with a throatlatch so you do not need to purchase a throatlatch seperately.
