We recognise that buying a bridle can be daunting for some customers.

You may worry when the bridle arrives, it won’t fit or the style chosen doesn’t suit your horse's head. 

We recognise the frustration of buying off the rack bridles, and we give this promise: If you don’t like the style you have chosen or parts don’t fit, you can return them and swap for a diffrent style or size.

 

REPLACEMENT CRYSTALS

Sometimes bridle bling on animals can get rubbed or snagged. Our crystals are glued and stitched in. However, sometimes accidents happen, even when you are not looking. If you lose some crystals, let us know and we will post you some replacements free of charge. They are easy to repair - you just need some tweezers and super glue.
