Amanda is a full time eventing rider, L3 coach and coach educator with her well known business Amanda Ross Eventing Fit.
She is a Mornington peninsula girl who away from horses loves coffee, gym/yoga, attempting to meditate and be more mindful and hanging with friends and her three dogs.
Her career highlights include competing at the Sydney 2000 Olympics in the individual 3DE, being a reserve rider at the 2010/2018 World Equestrian Games and competing at FEI dressage.
Amanda was recently selected on the EA High Performance Green Squad for Tokyo 2020 and in the future she hopes to compete in World Cup Showjumping.
Amanda has heavily influenced the design of our popular Amanda Ross Eventing Range and we are thrilled to have her on board assisting with exciting new products ready for launch this year.

Cheryl has a passion for breeding and riding quality Warmblood Performance horses. She came up through the ranks of Pony Club, successfully competed in 3 Day events including the then Prestigious Gawler 3 Day Event, and today she focuses on Dressage, Breed Shows and Hacking. Cheryl has an illustrious team of horses including, FEI State Dressage Squad horse, Ponderosa Stud Lucious; the Imported Hanoverian Stallion, Christos; Ponderosa Stud First Royal & PS Furstenshow being campaigned in Dressage & Hacking; Ponderosa Stud Royal Lass a Dressage State Squad horse and quite a few new young horses yet to campaign in 2023. Cheryl is also an accredited EA Dressage Judge & AWHA Colt Classifier.

Emily is an eventer from Wyalkatchem in WA’s central wheatbelt, where she and her team of horses live on her husband’s family farm. She manages her own physiotherapy clinic there and enjoys the balance that working outside of the equestrian industry brings.
She has ridden at CCI5* level with a best finish at the Adelaide International 3-Day Event of 4th on Jocular Vision, who she produced herself. Other career highlights include winning the Jubilee Cup for closest to optimum time on Cross Country, been awarded Equestrian WA’s Most Outstanding High-Performance Athlete as well as the Breakaway Trophy for most grading points by a senior eventing rider in WA.

Emily is a 23 year old Showjumper from Victoria.
In 2019, Emily was awarded Jumping Young Rider Of The Year and was also on the TV Show “Jump Off”.
Emily owns and runs “Cloroy Park,” which is a fully functioning Equestrian Centre specialising in breeding of performance horses and coaching. She has also competed internationally and will be again this year.
Cloroy Park is also home to her own performance horse team consisting of a special jumping team: Our Kohinur (Viv), Tulara Diarakato (Ellie), JayEm Now Or Eva (Now), Kaboom GNZ (Kabo), Tulara Cascara (Charli), & Tulara Hickensky (Roy, stallion).

Hannah is a 23 year old full time rider and coach with a great little team of eventers, ranging from young horses to 4* horses. Having trained with Shane Rose for 18 months and now based with Sam Jeffree in Victoria, Hannah hopes to continue producing horses through to FEI level.
Hannah’s goals for this year include her warmblood Tulara Chicouve stepping up to 4* level with the aim towards competing at Adelaide 3DE. Along with bringing through a new client horse Mr Spot to his first 3 day event start at Melbourne 3DE, Hannah is looking forward to producing her quality young horse Kenlock Sandro Sky through the levels as the year progresses.
Hannah’s accomplishments include winning the young rider 3* at Wallaby Hill 3 Day Event in 2019 and 2020, representing Australia at the Oceania Championships in New Zealand in 2019, being the youngest competitor in the 4*L at MI3DE in 2022. Hannah is apart of the National Talent Identification Squad and trains with the Victorian Eventing High Performance Squad. Hannah has her EA NCAS level 1 coaching certification and is working towards becoming a level 2 qualified coach.
All Hannah’s horses wear flexible fit bridles and breastplates. Her favourite feature of FFE is the flexibility of designing and putting bridles together for her horses different shaped heads!

Hazel has recently spent a year overseas competing Willingapark Clifford and Willingapark Chelsea in Events around the UK and Europe. During this time Hazel and Clifford where members of the Australian team at the Nations Cup in Haras Du Pin, France and went on the be selected on the Australian team to compete at the World Equestrian Games in Pratoni Italy.

Heather Paix is an FEI rider with two horses competing successfully at Inter I Dressage Level. Both are training Grand Prix at home and are expected to debut at this level at the end of 2023. One horse won the Gilbey's Trophy Commemorative Award in 2021 and the other won the Marg England Trophy in 2022. Both horses have been on the Victorian Dressage Development Squad for several years.
Heather is also campaigning a young colt (4yo) and a 3yo filly who will venture out into YH classes in 2024.
Heather has ridden horses since she was 18 months old, with a fairly tight focus on Dressage from the get go, with the backing and influence of her mother, Susan Paix, who is Grand Prix CDI Level.
Heather breeds a select few warmblood foals per year from registered mares and AI semen. She also runs a business called Patchwork Park Equine Services, with a core focus on schooling, correcting problems, exposing and training horses for clients (currently 10 client horses per day in work) She has 3 professional riders who work under her and 2 ground staff. Busy!
Flexible Fit has been Heather's number one choice for bridles since 2014, so it was an easy choice to partner!

Lily is a 25-year-old, full-time rider based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. When she is not riding, her time is typically spent coaching or working as a part time accountant.
Her team of horses include Fuerst Sensation, who won the 3* at Ballarat HT last year and she hopes to have her first 4* start on this year. EA Berlin won the 2* at Wallaby Hill 3 Day Event in 2019 and they are currently working towards Melbourne 3 Day Event in June at 3* level. Bloomfield Furstin Amour is the baby of the team and is ready to have her competition debut this year.
Lily also has a small team of OTT horses who will be stepping out this eventing season after a successful Summer of showjumping.
Lily has been using Flexible Fit Equestrian bridles, breastplates and girths on her horses for many years now and loves the comfort and adjustability they provide for her horses!

Megan Bryant is a dressage rider based in Cowra, NSW, running her own business training horses and coaching. She has been competing at Grand Prix level for over 10 years on multiple horses, 2 of which she trained from preliminary all the way up the grades. Previously Megan rode at the old 2 star level eventing and was also Champion Rider at Grand National Show Horse Championships.
The highlight of Megan’s career so far was being chosen to represent Australia with her horse Donnabella at the 2010 FEI World Cup Final for Young Riders in Germany, placing 8th in the world for riders under 21.
Megan breeds her own warmbloods including her current Grand Prix horse, Furst Dance MBE, who is a son of her young rider mount, Donnabella. Another of her homebred horses, Dankesohn MBE, was awarded a Dressage NSW Gold Performance Medal for his outstanding results in 2022.
Megan bought her first FFE bridle in 2011 when the business was in it’s early stages and has been using and promoting FFE products ever since!

Mia is an event rider based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. She competes EA 1 star and pony club grade 1 with aspirations to progress up the levels. She currently has four off the track thoroughbreds out competing, 3 of which she has brought up from straight off the track to competitive event horses.
Mia has been sponsored by Flexible Fit Equestrian since she was riding a pony so is looking forward to continuing the partnership with Flexible Fit through the next chapter of her riding.

Nat is a Victorian based eventer. She rides and trains horses as well as coaches. She has competed the old 4 star level eventing placing top 10 twice at Adelaide and has produced many horses to 3 and 4 star level.
Nat has had an unlucky couple years with injuries but has a very fancy 2 star horse who she is hoping will compete at Melbourne and Adelaide this year.
Nat also has 2 lovely young horses who will compete in young horse classes at the big events this year and will progress through the grades.

Natasha is a multidiscipline rider from South-East Melbourne. She competes in dressage, show horse and eventing on her own and client’s horses.
Natasha currently completes Small Tour Dressage on her own Warmblood mare, Diamonte Noir also known as Charli. She has trained Charli since she was a 4 year old breaker.
Whilst focusing on Charli, Natasha also breaks in young horses and takes them through the levels in all disciplines for clients. She thoroughly enjoys the journey from young horse to a competitive seasoned competition horse.
When Natasha is not riding her own or clients horses, she will be either at work or teaching clients. Natasha is soon to be a Level 1 coach and works as a Veterinary Nurse for both Equine and Small Animals.

Penny Johnson is a full time eventing coach based in Gippsland, Victoria.
She is currently competing at 4* eventing with her sights set on 5* in the future.
She has a passion for coaching riders up the levels and hopes to become a Level 3 accredited coach one day.
Outside of horses Penny enjoys participating in many other sports, travelling and volunteering at local eventing competitions.

Rachelle is based in the Adelaide hills in South Australia. As well as competing her own and clients horses in both eventing and show jumping, Rachelle also breaks in performance horses, all while working full time for SAPOL as the stable supervisor and a young horse trainer.
Rachelle has successfully competed up to 3* eventing and 120cm in show jumping, always on horses she has produced herself. She is currently a member of the SA state Eventing squad and regularly coaches riders in both show jumping and cross country. Rachelle specialises in working with youngsters and has a few exciting eventing prospects for the future.

Sam is a full time rider based in Macclesfield Victoria. Having worked hard to build a great team of horses and owners, Sam is excited for this year as it will be his first year with four horses all in FEI classes.
In 2019 Sam won the National Young Rider Championship at the Australian 3DE CCI***L and received 1st place in Melbourne International CCI**L, was profiled as a Young Rider in August Horse Deals and had various articles and interviews published in An Eventful Life.
Sam took part in a 6 week international Experience with Boyd Martin in the USA and has numerous other wins and places through to FEI 4 star level. Prior to last year, Sam has been a PCAV State Champion and Interschool National Champion and was the 2015 Young Event Rider of the Year.

Sam is a 21 year old young rider based in Oakford, Western Australia. Sam currently has a fantastic team of 3 off the track thoroughbreds competing at their own respected levels, one who is about to start her first season of FEI.
Sam has competed up to 2* eventing and 125cm showjumping and aims to produce many more horses to this level and higher. She is enjoying the proccess to her 5* eventing dream!
When Sam isn't riding, she's on the sidelines with a camera in hand trying to capture everyone’s best moments in the saddle! 📸

Sophie is a full time dressage rider and coach, based in Matamata, New Zealand. Sophie has worked for and trained with Carl Hester (GBR) and Charlotte Dujardin (GBR) in England as well as Isabell Werth (GER) and Hayley Beresford (AUS) in Germany. Sophie groomed for Hayley Beresford (AUS) at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 World Equestrian Games, Kentucky.
Sophie has won Multiple North Island, National and HOY Championships and her long term goals are to produce young horses to international Grand Prix level.
Her current team include Riverrock Nigella who is the 2022 New Zealand National Advanced Medium Silver Champion. The remainder of the team are young but exciting prospects for the future.

Verity is a dressage rider/trainer who lives with her husband, their horses and rescue Greyhounds at their Hawkesbury based property, Aarity Park in NSW. She started riding at a young age, worked her way through the young rider rankings with success and trained overseas with two respected trainers. Verity has two horses in work and regularly attends clinics. She is hoping to get her young horse out competing medium dressage this year. Verity has been involved with Flexible fit for 10 years and uses the products on a daily basis

Edward is a 22 year old eventer based in Arthurs Creek, Victoria. Having ridden from a young age Edward has taken part in many different disciplines from mounted games to showjumping and eventing that he predominantly pursues now. In addition to riding Edward also balances full time university and part time work as a site engineer in the construction industry.
Edward has ridden to 3* level and represented Australia at the Oceania Championships in 2022 on homebred and personally produced horses. Some recent achievements from 2024 include a win at Tonimbuk HT in the 3*, 2nd and 3rd at Geelong HT in the 2*, as well as a 2nd at Wandin Park HT on an exiting young horse in the EvA95. In future he hopes to produce horses all the way to top-level eventing.
Edward really likes FFE’s dedication to providing gear that gives horses the maximum freedom of movement and comfort. The new AR multi-fit breastplate has been a significant improvement for his 17.1hh horse Somerset Day who is tall, but also very narrow. The breastplate follows the lines of the shoulder to ensure there is no restriction during jumping.
Edward is excited to be part of the flexible fit team moving forwards.
