        Flexible Fit Equestrian – Exchange Policy

        At Flexible Fit Equestrian, we are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases.  You are more than welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or style within 30 days of purchase.


         

        Eligibility for Exchange

        • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

        • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number) must be provided.

        • Items must be unused and in new condition. Browbands must be returned in their original packaging.
          Please ensure when fitting our products that you do not do up the buckles, as this can mark the leather and will not be able to be returned. Instead, thread through the keepers only until you are happy with the style and fit.

        • Bits can only be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days, provided all packaging and tags remain intact. Unfortunately, if the bit has been tried on or in the horse’s mouth, or if tags have been removed, we are unable to accept the return.

         


         

        Non-Exchangeable Items

        We do not offer exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

        • Special order or personalised items (e.g., engraved tack or items made to customer specifications)

        • Sale or clearance items (listed in the sale section of our website or in clearance baskets at trade events)

         


         

        How to Request an Exchange

        1. Complete THIS FORM and return it to us with your exchange.

        2. Send the item along with the completed exchange form to:

        3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Please include a prepaid bag for us to return the exchanged item back to you.

         


         

        Additional Information

        • For online orders, we recommend using tracked postage.

        • Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

        • We will only contact customers if there is an issue fulfilling the exchange. Please keep a copy of your prepaid bag’s tracking number you have supplied so you can track it and know when the exchange is on it's way back to you. 

         


         

        Faulty or Incorrect Items

        If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described:

        • Email your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos to sales@ffequestrian.com.

        • The product may be required to be returned to us at PO BOX 2026, Hackham SA 5163 for assessment and to ensure it is a manufacturing fault. This helps us maintain the highest standards by addressing any manufacturing issues.

        • We will offer an exchange, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

        • We offer a 12 month guarentee on all of our products against manufacturing faults. We also offer free crystal replacement for the life of your browband.

         


         

        Refunds

        • We generally do not issue refunds but are happy to provide store credit that can be used anytime.

        • In some cases where no exchange option is available, we may offer a refund; however, this will be minus a 10% fee to cover payment provider charges.
